   Thank you for visiting our online adoption kennel. We hope you enjoy the pictures and notes from the greyhounds waiting to find their forever homes. Our site will have fresh faces all the time, so come back to visit often.

   If you'd like to visit the dogs in person, the adoption center is open for visiting from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.  Monday through Saturday, other times are available by appointment. So, come and meet the hounds, you just might find a friend!  We also do meet-and-greets at area pet stores and "socials" at the Birmingham Race Course. Check out our Events page to see where we'll be, when we'll be there and what other cool stuff we're up to! We hope to see you soon.

THE HAULING VAN IS HERE!

The purpose of this van is for us to help get retired greyhounds moved to other adoption groups in the U.S. and Canada. This will significantly reduce the transportation cost for each hound and also help us get them there in a more timely manner. So, if you are not ready to adopt but would still like to help out the hounds you can contribute to the cause by using the Paypal button on this page. Thank you all for your help!

We are currently raising funds to help our retired greyhounds get to an adoption group in Canada! We will be assisting 24 retired hounds approximately once a month and we need to raise approximately $60 for each dog. This will be an ongoing project so we can use all the help we can get... either financial or just really good fund raising ideas and help with conducting fund raisers!
